With support for multiple Fax Adapters per account, you can connect as many fax machines in as many locations as you need.

A. FaxLogic's exclusive Fax Adapter is a small, portable device that lets you connect any standard fax machine to FaxLogic over the Internet, eliminating the need for a phone line. Finally, you can send faxes over the Internet reliably, using your existing fax machine and document workflow. To use your fax machine with FaxLogic, you will need our exclusive Fax Adapter. If you only send faxes from your computer, the Fax Adapter is optional. With FaxLogic, you can choose any number and combination of fax machines, computers, scanners, multi-function printers, smartphones and tablets to send and receive faxes.
Q. How do I connect my fax machine to the Fax Adapter?
A. Simply connect a phone cord from your fax machine to the Fax Adapter and connect the Fax Adapter to the Internet through your router or switch. The intelligent Fax Adapter connects automatically to FaxLogic, and you are ready to send and receive faxes. More importantly, your fax machine works the same as it did before!
Q. Do I need to purchase or download special software and drivers?
A. No. With FaxLogic, there is no software to purchase, download or maintain. FaxLogic's Advanced Web Client is platform-independent and runs in any standard web browser.
Q. Can I have more than one fax number in the same account?
A. Yes. FaxLogic lets you have as many local and toll-free fax numbers as you need, and you can consolidate them in one account with one bill, making administration and accounting simple and convenient.

Q. How many users can I have?
A. FaxLogic lets you have as many users as you need. Each user gets a separate login and password with customizable access permissions.
Q. I'm still getting faxes on a regular phone line. How do I avoid service interruption while switching to FaxLogic?
A. You can connect both your fax machine and your analog fax line to the Fax Adapter. This setup routes analog fax calls through your Fax Adapter to FaxLogic while your fax number is being ported. After your fax number is ported, your incoming fax calls go directly to FaxLogic, creating a seamless transition. At that point, your analog fax line is no longer used.
