This lets you manage all your faxes in one place, using FaxLogic's Advanced Web Client. Then, when you are ready, cancel your old service.
Q. Can I keep my existing local or toll-free fax number?
A. In most cases, we can port your local or toll-free fax number to FaxLogic. We also provide new local and toll-free fax numbers.
Q. Can I get a new local fax number in a different area code?
A. Yes. We can provide fax numbers in any area code in our extensive inventory, which is growing all the time.
Q. Will there be service interruption while I switch to FaxLogic?
A. No. You can connect both your fax machine and your analog fax line to the Fax Adapter. This setup routes analog fax calls through your Fax Adapter to FaxLogic while your fax number is being ported. After your fax number is ported, your incoming fax calls go directly to FaxLogic, creating a seamless transition. At that point, your analog fax line is no longer used.
Q. Are my faxes secure?
A. Yes. FaxLogic stores all user data and files using secure 128-bit AES encryption or optional high-security 256-bit AES encryption. In addition, all traffic between the Advanced Web Client and FaxLogic uses encrypted Secure Sockets Layer (SSL) connections.

A. FaxLogic's exclusive Fax Adapter is a small, portable device that lets you connect any standard fax machine to FaxLogic over the Internet, eliminating the need for a phone line. Finally, you can send faxes over the Internet reliably, using your existing fax machine and document workflow. To use your fax machine with FaxLogic, you will need our exclusive Fax Adapter. If you only send faxes from your computer, the Fax Adapter is optional. With FaxLogic, you can choose any number and combination of fax machines, computers, scanners, multi-function printers, smartphones and tablets to send and receive faxes.
Q. How many fax machines can I connect to FaxLogic?
